I think nowadays ppl dont do housewarming anymore. Its more like a gathering with pot luck or finger food or steamboat van outside your hse that kind. After my house ready, can invite you and mel la come help me clean house ok boh? I buy Mc Donald.

Mel Its good to hear you got a good deal for your house.
(Not our house yet, we in the middle of the process actually)
is also slightly below market rate but not much la, its about 10-15 minutes drive to One Utama.

I agree with you Traffic here is a nuisance.
That’s why I am glad we bought a place near to our workplace so we dont have to get stuck in traffic and curse every workday:P
And we dont have to pay Toll!!

CONGRATS Cheryl…u got a landed prop liao.
I went thru everything above. (1 year ago) Spent 1/2 yr looking around areas in USJ. USJ houses are getting more n more exp..even though its just a small unit.Not only that…basic uni without any redo..got snapped quickly (i wonder those ppl really print money or what). We went round looking USJ 6,11,12,13. *failed. Then moved towards kota kemuning(able to get within our “rise” budget) but I dun really like the place..felt its quite far (if i want to balik Seremban). Finally & thx God..I manage to get my current house with a good deal.
So, which area you manage to grab??
